In sports, the technique is the only thing that can help you in doing well consistently over a long time. There is no substitute for a proper technique. You can’t change your technique in the pre-season training, but can you improve on the significant aspects of your technique. With all the videos available to opponents, it very hard to fox the opponent players with the same tricks again and again. Try coming up with new skills in the pre-season training session to own the field in the new season.
